shipping & returns

Order Processing & Lead Times:

  • Most in-stock items — apparel, 3D-printed decor, and ready-made pieces — ship within 2–3 business days of your order.

  • Our billet parts and engraved pieces (coil covers, engine caps, hood props, and the like) are built to order. These typically ship within 1–2 weeks. Larger orders, or those with more extensive customization, may take longer — in those cases we'll confirm your timeline with you directly once the details of your build are finalized.

  • Build and processing time is separate from shipping transit time once your package is on its way.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items:

  • Most of what we make is built specifically for you, so we've designed the process to make sure you know exactly what you're getting before it's produced:

  • Our online configurators let you preview your build — colors, finishes, engraving, and style — as you design it.

  • For custom orders, you'll receive a digital, true-to-life rendering of your exact order to approve before we begin production. Nothing goes to the machine until you've signed off. This step exists so there are no surprises — what you approve is what you get.

Shipping:

  • We currently ship within the United States. International orders: please contact us before purchasing so we can arrange shipping and timing.

  • Orders ship via USPS / UPS, and shipping is calculated at checkout. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • In-stock items (apparel & 3D-print decor): Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. To start a return, email us at info@dbcousa.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Custom & made-to-order items (billet parts, engraved pieces, custom builds): Because these are produced to your approved specifications — and you approve a true-to-life rendering before anything goes into production — they're handled on a case-by-case basis. If something isn't right with your order, reach out and we'll work with you to make it right.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders:

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within [7] days of delivery at info@dbcousa.com with your order number and a few photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Cancellations:

  • In-stock orders can be cancelled any time before they ship. Custom and built-to-order items can be cancelled before you approve your rendering / before production begins. Once production has started on a custom order, cancellation may no longer be possible.
