Built From Passion
Eight years later, I still love driving, working on, and modifying my car just as much as the day I bought it—if not more. Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to meet incredibly talented people in the Mustang and performance community who have inspired me and helped turn ideas into reality.
What truly makes ownership special is the community. Ideas are shared, problems get solved, and everyone benefits from the collaboration of enthusiasts who genuinely care about what they build. That spirit of collaboration is what ultimately led to the creation of Driven Build Co.
Where It All Started
In 2025, while researching rear seat delete options, I kept coming back to the Boss 302 Laguna Seca setup with the factory X-Brace—a design I always admired. Unfortunately, Ford had discontinued it, and there weren’t many affordable, well-designed alternatives available.
Through the Mustang community, I connected with Travis at EMP Parts, who had the same vision: creating a rear seat delete solution for the S197 platform incorporating a Steeda X-Brace. We began collaborating, and EMP Parts ultimately brought the X-Brace Rear Seat Delete to life.
What started as a shared idea between enthusiasts quickly became something much bigger. Although my career has been in public safety as a Firefighter Paramedic, that experience sparked the creation of Driven Build Co.—a brand focused on building products the way enthusiasts believe they should be made.
Driven Build Co. Today
Driven Build Co. has grown beyond automotive components into a creative outlet for custom 3D-printed designs. What began as small custom light boxes for friends quickly expanded into projects for businesses, fire stations, garages, offices, and enthusiasts across many industries.
Quality and customization are at the core of everything we create. In the fire service, attention to detail and doing things the right way isn’t optional—it’s expected. That same mindset carries into every product we produce.
Everything is made in the USA, working with small businesses and partners who share a commitment to craftsmanship and precision.
Driven Build Co. represents more than automotive performance—it’s a mindset driven by passion, craftsmanship, and constant improvement. Our motto, “Passion Drives Our Purpose,” reflects exactly that.
